Which Plan is the best in paris ?

This is great, I reckon plan A might be a bit scary on the streets of Paris, having driven round the peripherique recently and my sat nav taken me off it in to the roughest suburb, yes plan B is for me.

Funny, somebody actually spray painted these one the roads? When I was living in Paris there were hardly any cycle roads at all.
